Power of Yoga- Meet Ramneek who defeated his death by doing continuous Yoga

You are probably staying under a rock if you haven’t seen videos of Prime Minister Narendra Modi acing the Fitness Challenge, on the internet. The Prime Minister was challenged by cricketer Virat Kohli and he nailed it ‘Like A Boss’.

The video shows PM Modi utilizing the ‘Panchtatvas’ (5 elements) of nature and also spreading the message of healing through Yoga. His fitness has left the entire nation amazed and inspired!

Ramneek Wig who happens to be a Yoga Expert mentioned how the entire country can learn PM Modi’s fitness regime as there is no equipment used by him, he doesn’t go to a fancy gym for his health and makes the best of what nature has to offer.

Speaking about the benefits of Yoga, Wig also mentioned how he battled Cancer with the help of it. He believes that the method our Prime Minister has shown in the video is actually the best method to practice Yoga. Every exercise has certain technicalities and PM Modi seems to have mastered them all. Ramneek Wig also spoke about the importance of fresh air while exercising and how walking barefoot can be of various health benefits.

Speaking of his own personal experience, he recollected the first time he was diagnosed with cancer and had to go through extensive medical aid to cure it. However, all was not in his favour and the deadly disease bounced back in 2002 when he decided to visit America for treatment. He went through a bone marrow transplant and despite the efforts, cancer hit him again in 2003. The American doctors put him through research treatment and gave him 6 months to live.

Ramneek Wig returned to India and started practising Yoga twice a day. He also has a diploma in same and within no time, he saw himself getting fitter with each passing day. He has been doing it for 14 years and considers Yoga as the best natural therapy for mankind.
