Christian Priest feeds His Followers Rat Poison To Prove They’re Above Death… They Died

A bizarre incident from a South African church has sparked the internet. People on social media are busy expressing their anger against a pastor, who allegedly caused many deaths of innocent people.

A Christian pastor named Light Monyeki’ in South Africa allegedly encouraged his followers to drink rat poison. He wanted to prove that the worshipers of his Church are superhumen and above death. He encouraged the gathering to drink the Rat poison claiming it would give them miraculous strength and heal all their problems.

Many members ran to the front and he poured the poison down their throat. Thereafter the memebers of his church began to complain about severe pain in their stomach and by evening 5 of them died. 13 were admitted to a hospital.

The Priest refused to take any responsibility of these lives and police have failed to arrest this powerful pastor.

Monyeki is not the only controversial priest in South Africa to promote unorthodox practices among his followers.

In July 2014, the ‘miracle worker’ Pastor Lesego Daniel of Rabboni Centre Ministries in the same country, persuaded a gathering of his church to eat grass, telling them it would bring them strength and healing power.

A year later, another controversial Church priest  by the name of Penuel Mnguni allegedly commanded a serpent to turn into chocolate, then asked his followers to eat the snake’s body as a show of faith in God. He was later arrested by the Police on suspicion of animal abuse.
